practising yoga can help to prevent or reduce the severity of many ailments that specifically affect women ,by providing a form of treatment directed at the basic causes


For instance, yoga can help indigestion, degeneration in the bones and joints , hernia and varicos veins. 



Yoga also helps to regulate menstrual disorders, thyroid imbalance, the effects of osteoporosis are the side effects of menopause
